Backups and recovery
Backups and remote VM recovery are included by default in your plan. You can request their removal.

We perform an initial diagnosis within our expertise. If the software vendor’s support is needed, you book an appointment and we remain available to assist as needed. Access to that support depends on your agreement with the vendor.
